One thing that is great about laughing is that it doesn't take a whole lot of time, money, exercise, will power, discipline, commitment, education, work ethic, or elbow grease. So why not? After all, laughter therapy is all the rage these days and I say hey, it can't hurt. Don't forget to floss, pay your taxes, or take out the trash but most importantly, don't forget to laugh people.
