"Little Miss Muffet
Sat on a tuffet
Eating her curds and whey
Along came an eagle
And said, "those ain't legal"
Eat yoghurt and throw them away. "

A lesson for all of those little Miss and Mr Muffets out there!
Breakfast- Organic SCD yogurt with strawberries and honey
Lunch- Cheddar cheese burger with a garden salad
Dinner- Beef and vegetable stir fry with peanut oil, garlic, and ginger along with a side of asparagus
PICTURE- Steaming butternut squash. One of my all time favorite SCD fall dishes
